Good morning First Shooters... As stated from kneeling at 21 yards. On this wet morning I had to make it count between the showers. Thanks for the call CD.

Just so happens I have big 'ol log stump right at 21 yards to sit on, gives me a slight quartering shot. Rearranged my targets to give me an elk vital height to focus on recently.

Shot with my TradAl Kimerey bow with it's 60" 54# recurve limbs and a tapered doug fir arrow. Thank you for the call Chad and y'all have a great day.

Good morning first shooters and thanks for the call CD.

Choose the RWH today, 57.5 and 49#s. Shot the HeadWing 1st and the LeeWing last. A quick poll question on what to call the 'in-between' RWH. I used HeadWing today, sounded more respectful than Wingski, pm me your toughts on the subject.

Hope evervyone has a great day, stay safe.

New bow! New bow! New bow!

Ok. Can you guess? Rick got a new bow! This is literally the first shot taken with my new Howard Hill Limited Edition Rocky Mountain Bighorn. 67", 44.5# @ 27". I've had the cedars waiting for it to arrive. Braced it 6 5/8", tied on a nock point, plucked the string gently a time or two, walked out to 21 yards and let her rip. I'll follow up this post with the photo taken after the next two shots from the same spot.

I shot if from a few other distances and angles. The bow already feels like and old friend. Let the Honeymoon begin...

Thanks for the call, CD. Have a safe and healthy day, friends.

Nice shooting all and congrats on the new bow Rick- she’s a beaut! Shot taken kneeling from 21 yds and did ok with the 50#, 1960’s Herters. Classic bow and I need to shoot this one more- for some reason it makes the arrow go where I think it should go...? Have a good evening everyone, thanks for the call Chad and hopefully be back tomorrow.

I'm having a hard time keeping up with you guys. Not a good 1st shot. :-( Way low & right. Kneeling with my 50# Yellowstone 1/2 Breed. I told my wife my problem is I need a new bow. :^D I got a quick NO. :-(

From both knees at 21 yards... my best 1st shot in a while! :)

And if my nocking point on my string looks low... it is. I built that string for another bow so I just nock my arrow about 1/4" above the top nocking point. Works fine!

Fine shooting folks! I know it’s been a while since I participated but life has been busy. Here’s my shot sitting on a bucket from 21 yards with my Palmer Longbow

Thanks for the call CD. Shooting the 45# Black Hunter again and a POC arrow that I made. Shot went a little right of where I wanted it. Have a good rest of your evenings everyone. Lance

Thanks for the call and great shooting, CD. I took the shot from both knees with a 1961 Dick Green and hung it out to the left.
