Today's shot will be the obstruction shot from 22 yards... Set up your shot so you have to shoot between some obstructions to get to the kill zone.

God Bless,

As stated, 22 yards Obstruction shot. I had to slide my arrow between the branches and on the lower side through the saddle of the lower branch to hit the bull. This is a perfect representation of a hunting shot I think. Made it with my Heartland custom longbow #48. 400 GT arrows with 225 up front.

Got it in between the obstruction but just a little low and left of the kill zone. Older, dual shelf Clan Gordon- King maybe? Thanks for the call and have a good day everyone!

Well, I forgot to take a pic of my view showing the obstructions (tree branches), but pretty doggone similar to longshot762's view, which I agree is pretty much the norm inside my favorite huntin' grounds. The top half of the target was all I had to work with. Haven't shot in a few days so I grabbed an old friend, "Boone", a Habu who whispers, "We got this", a lot. I like old friends.

Thanks for the call CD. I took a break from working on a knife and squeezed this in. Browning Explorer 1 and a cedar arrow. Got it between the noodles but a little low from where I was looking. Have a good night everyone. Lance

Shot as called. This gobbler lives to chase hens another day. I haven't been shooting much lately. And it showed today. Way low. :^( 51# Yellowstone Hunter. But, it did get better. :^)
