I found my Wolfer, sold it twice and bought it back. I have killed deer, turkey and several hogs with it. It's kind of a love-hate relationship. I have been shooting a 66 inch fox triple crown , 68 inch timberpoint Kraken and a 70 inch timberpoint Medusa so to hold the short original Wolfer felt strange. I need a string for it but do not know the length and I was going to call Dick tomorrow and see if he can take some weight off of it. Has anyone had this done with a Robertson?

Ask the bowyer when you call him.

Taking weight off a Robertson bow would be no different than taking weight off any other bow.

Dick took 5# off a longbow he made for me. I owned it for a long time and found I wasn't up to pulling the original weight so I sent it back to him. He did a fine job.
