Does anyone know of a very easily removable paint that could be used on a bow? Something just to dull down the shine but that would come off very easily? Thanks Gary

I have used camo face paint for that.

I said to heck with it, and sprayed my Ramer with Krylon. I was never a "pretty bow" guy.

Rub some car paste wax on it in a swirl motion and just let it dry. You then have a dulled bow that is protected from moisture and will shine like a new penny when you buff it off after season.

Another vote for wax.

I'll agree with wax.

That said years ago they made easily removable camo paint. I don't think it is around anymore, but look for duck hunting supplies, maybe they still use it.

I'd just use camo tape, limbsations, or bow socks. I have limbsations on my one 1972 Super Kodiak.

Another thing you can use is a military issue camo stick.

if you got black glass you can stripe it with yellow masking tape, looks like sunlight on your limbs.

The easily removable paint was called Bow Dull. Came off with just mineral spirits on a rag. Don’t think it’s made any more. I used to spray all my bows when all you could get was black glass and glossy finish on a hunting bow.

also had some called bowflage if memory serves me correctly.
