This post is for some market research, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I have a license agreement with Bear Archery to make leather coasters and few other products. I will be using high quality 10oz leather from one of the finest tanneries in the US.
If you like these coasters, please help me with a price you would pay for a set of 4.
Thank you!

Hey, if it works more power to them, but I would think something actually archery related...tabs, arm guards....another St. Charles style back quiver. I don't envision that coasters will be selling like hot cakes.

For 4 of them, I would think about $20 retail.
That's about the going rate for personalized leather coasters on handmade marketplaces like Etsy.
Much more than that and I don't think you'd sell very many.
The simple formula below is a good way to figure out where you stand on pricing from a business perspective...
Materials + Overhead + Labor(Hourly Rate x Hours to Make) = Cost
Cost x 2 = Wholesale
Wholesale X 2 = Retail
They look very cool. Best of luck with them.

I would say 3 bucks a piece, 12 bucks for the set unless there is going to be some kind of special lacing, or something similar.
It APPEARS (and maybe I can't tell well from the pic.) that they are stamped and not carved?

A better question might be how many would even be interested in buying them in the first place. The size of the market may be more important than the cost of the product.

Those leather coasters could be patches as well. If a man had Velcro on them and say on a ball cap, it would be a nice thing. You wouldn't need to sell the caps, just the patches.

Make 'em smaller punch in a hole for key chains, or to hang on a quiver, using the various images of the coins Bear put in their bows,, standing Bears walking Bears etc. Something like that I'd give $5 for, coasters not so much. Those are nice though.

They look to be of very nice quality and I'm sure Bear collectors will be attracted to them as well as archers who just want some stylish coasters ....
... may we know what other products you have a license agreement to produce

I would think $20.00 for the set would be about right. Very well done.

Wow just had an idea. What if Bear or someone made up side plates look like the coasters logo would that be awesome or what?
20 spot reasonable I'd agree.

My first thought before doing any search or reading others comments was $20.00 .If they sell and folks want them you could have thinner ones made and have stitching holes punched around to have a patch as mentioned for hats and jackets or packs etc. Do a few give Aways possibly and folks will get the word out as well. Just giving away blemished ones will help in getting the word out and folks may ask where can they get some...

Thanks all for your feedback. This is just a little side gig for me to help cover the cost of my archery addiction. HA! The leather I am using is expensive top quality leather, plus the royalty to Bear, puts me around the $20-$25 dollar range, depending on the edge finish. Your feedback tells me I am in the ballpark. Patches will be coming soon and possibly key chains.
Phil, I also have a license to make bow racks. Here is a picture of one style.
