Anyone know where or if I can get 200 gr. Points in 9/32" diameter? I have some GT Traditional Classic arrows that are 9/32" diameter and need heavy points.

Thanks in advance!

Might want to look for brass inserts - but I'm not sure if they make them that size.

I have never seen anything bigger than 125.

Try Alaska Bowhunting Supply. Theirs are tapered to 9/32 on the back end.

I found them in 175 on the big auction site-- i think they had 200 also.

Many heavier points heel taper to that diameter. I have a lifetime supply. I think some are PDP.

Thanks gents! I will try Alaska Bowhunting supply. I have tried ebay and every other archery store I can and no luck.

Also I thought about adding the brass weights for these arrows, but they only come in 20gr.'s and I dont want to add 4 to each arrow.

Good shooting!

Not exactly what you're looking for but close:

Three Rivers

F221X 100g 5/16" diameter steel glue-on field point AND 4930X 100g 5/16" or 9/32" diameter Brass Broadhead Adapters

Are you talking about filed points or broadheads?

If you are talking broadheads, you are better off using either 5/16" or 11/32" heads. The increased size of the ferrule in relation to the size of the shaft (bradhead ferrule is larger than the shaft) will aid in penetration.

I once bought 9/32 175 gr from 3rivers. Worth a check.

Sorry guys I think some got it. I am looking for field points. I bought Tusker 200gr broadheads, but can't find smaller diameter field points.

It was pretty obvious you were looking for 9/32 field points, not “filed” points! I, too, have been looking for heavy 9/32 points so am following along...

I had some Easton Axis Traditionals (which I believe are 9/32) and I tipped them with 200, 250 and even 300 grain field points. Just ordered the standard screw in field points from 3Rivers. They fit all arrow inserts that have the standard 8-32 threads. Only arrows that they won't work for are the Deep six arrows.

One thing I'll add is that I had footed my Axis Traditionals with the carbon collars and that made the transition to the point smoother and it made those arrows just bomb proof. I shot one over my target once and straight into a rock in my Wife's garden. Field point bent about 5 degrees but the arrow was fine. Just incredible.

Start with PDP website. Call them to see about buying them.

I have never weighed one of their points that was a grain different from nominal.

I bought all mine from suppliers here in Canada who cater to trad shooters.

Heaviest I could find was 145gn. I footed my Easton Axis, and now use 5/16 field tips. You could get some of the GT ballistic collars, and then use larger field tips.
