Hey guys in my private messages my handle comes up as the default "bowman" But I'm one of the newer guys my name is Philip. I intended my handle to be "Any-bears" but it only comes up as that in the threads. I believe I'm the one you guys are talking about lol.

I had some dealings with a person by the handle "Bowman" on here a while back.
Claimed to be a disabled vet in San Diego, and wanted to pay for a bow with a western union money order. I said sure thing, but I'll have to take all the precautions to make sure it's all cleared before I ship the bow. Bowman didn't like that idea, and I got all the usual excuses, and even some shaming pointed at me for treating a disabled vet in such a manner.
Anyway - I'll spare all the details except - "Bowman" turned out to be a 17 year old girl in San Jose California, and she was definitely trying to run a scam on me.
Pretty shocked she was when I showed her the satellite image of her residence. 8^)

Problem with too many folks using similar handles. Even the search function can't sort 'em out well.

Bottom line is this gentleman is legit. He is Any bears who had bowman wrongly attached to his name. Deal worked smoothly. I apologize for any misconceptions. Just trying to protect my interest is these times.
