Get a test kit. If you plan on shooting 125 grain heads I'd try 50-55, 55-60 & 60-65. Good luck.

As you can see there are far too many variables to answer this question with precise accuracy. We have no idea how far out of center you are cut. As Hedge states, it takes a very weak arrow to bend around a bow cut well outside of center. Test kit or a half dozen 40-45, 45-50 but I doubt you'll need stiffer.

45@28 which is my draw length, 3/8 before center, fast flight 12 strand string, 30 " arrow. Carl

I use a 125 gr. Field Point on a 5/16 Dowel rod from the Hardware store. They are Cheap, relatively straight and tough. I also don't cry everytime I break one!
