Get a test kit. If you plan on shooting 125 grain heads I'd try 50-55, 55-60 & 60-65. Good luck.

What’s your point weight captain?

I’ll assume 125gr. That would put you around 50-55 says I.

Bottom limb is shorter so it is stiffer.

At that draw length and center measurement I'm guessing 40-44 or 45-49lb. spine.

TEST KIT from 3 RIVERS! AND be ABSOLUTELY SURE before You whittle them down! BLESSED BE!

As you can see there are far too many variables to answer this question with precise accuracy. We have no idea how far out of center you are cut. As Hedge states, it takes a very weak arrow to bend around a bow cut well outside of center. Test kit or a half dozen 40-45, 45-50 but I doubt you'll need stiffer.

45@28 which is my draw length, 3/8 before center, fast flight 12 strand string, 30 " arrow. Carl

I use a 125 gr. Field Point on a 5/16 Dowel rod from the Hardware store. They are Cheap, relatively straight and tough. I also don't cry everytime I break one!
