It also has a signature Edward J. Wentker 7/6/57 And My dad James Elden Wood Jr. From Visalia,Ca new Paul.

Yeah he has two books in the tulare county historical society. And they are also on Amazon. Titles Encyclopedia of archery and one titled Hit the Target.

Paul Hougham had some of these left over from when he owned Highland Archery and sent this to Hugh Rich in 1984. Don't know the date on it. Paul referred to it as a sale card. In the image you can see a line in the middle across the width. It's actually a crease so that the card could be folded in half and taped or stapled to get it ready to mail to a customer.
Paul got out of the archery business in 1965 and sold all his inventory, tools and jigs to Roman Gray. Roman owned Roman Archery Company in San Diego.
