Cost is $30 for a whole weekend of shooting. KTBA Is the same club and location as the well know KyTradFest. At 250 whites ln, Harrodsburg, KY 40330 Ages 17 and under may use NASP approved equipment. Hope to see you all there ,

I am planning on coming. I wouldn't miss it or the KY TradFest. Randy always puts on a good shoot and the target sets are always challenging. I have really taken a liking to the American Round too. Thanks to you Randy for giving us a great event. See you there in August.

We would try to make it, but our son is getting married that weekend.

Date: 30-Jun-19

Unless I have some serious issues, I will be there to harass Randy, Jimmy and the others who work so hard to put on these events. Fun weekend!

What a great opportunity to give back to archery.

Also forgot to mention there's a silent auction of donated items and that money goes to help a NASP school. Feel free to bring an item or more to put on the tables. Folks have donated some pretty cool things in the past. Look forward to seeing everyone.

This shoot will be the last shoot of the year. Perfect opportunity to get ready for Archery Season in Kentucky. Ya'll feel welcome to come out and relax for the weekend. Sit by a campfire at night and loose arrows by day till your arms quit working.

Will there be a food vendor on site?

From: straight as wood
Date: 23-Jul-19

Not that I'm aware(maybe someone can correct me), but I plan on smoking a couple Boston Butts for some pulled pork. Anyone want to bring some buns? I'll bring a couple kinds of sauce. There's always been plenty of food in the past for a low cost.

that's good news. won't have to get up at 3am to fire up the smoker. sleep deprivation is tough on a guy's scorecard.

Randy- Any chance of have a porti-potti being set in the lower field if there is no rain? Some of us could camp there in the shade!

From: r.grider
Date: 12-Aug-19

We hadnt planned on getting porta jons John, we are leaving clubhouse accessible. I also plan to mow good around the trees between course and clubhouse, along the path going down towards the campground and American Round range. With no big tent and cluster of vendors you are welcome to camp anywhere you can find shade. Next year I plan to advertise this better and hopefully get a crowd like we do for the KyTradFest, if I see a good crowd coming we can rent the porta johns, and basically have everything we have in April. Cant wait to see ya man !

This is 1 of my favorite shoots due to the cause. Love how you guys support nasp, our youth are the future and they need a lil fuel sometimes. Only wish i could make the trip.

From: Sipsey River
Date: 13-Aug-19

My friends and I will be there for sure, can't wait.

From: r.grider
Date: 13-Aug-19

I will be mowing course, and campsites this week or next. Will be keeping in mind shaded spots. Many will probably camp in the bottom down by the creek next to American Round. Will mow along trees from there to the clubhouse. Food vendor will operate out of the clubhouse, which is air conditioned. Setting two 20 target courses, and American Round. Trading, buying, selling, vendors encouraged. I’m more excited about this as any Tyler Roberts shoot we have had, this being our first 3 day one. Next year we will advertize and try and make this on par with KyTradFest . Hope to see a more than average turnout, weather should not be a deal breaker. NO MUD ! ??

From: Sipsey River
Date: 15-Aug-19

Randy- are you going to have any shot up targets for sale? I am always looking for more! We will be arriving on Thursday if that is ok.

From: r.grider
Date: 15-Aug-19

We have not discussed it John. If we notice some we will let you know

From: Sipsey River
Date: 20-Aug-19

Outstanding! The heat and humidity is so bad here in Alabama it feels like you are walking into an oven when you step outside. 70's in the day and 60's at night will be great!

From: David Mitchell
Date: 20-Aug-19

Hope you're right Randy. Accuweather is calling it very differently. Nice weather would be great.

From: r.grider
Date: 21-Aug-19

That is accuweather ! You checking west ,va, or Harrodsburg , ky ? Big difference.

From: David Mitchell
Date: 21-Aug-19

Harrodsburg. They now show dry days Saturday and Sunday, some showers tomorrow night possibly into Friday but better than it looked earlier. Those advance forecasts are pretty iffy most times. Looks good for the week end.
