Just received this Howatt Hi-Speed from a fellow LWer. Really nice, real shooter, fast and might be the quietest bow I own! Been lookin' for one for a while now, and Lon was great to deal w/!

Is that a 54 or 58 incher? Either way, nice bows.

Wudstix, I believe it's a '65. Love those 60's Howatt's Kwikdraw, great looking Hi-Speed! Thanks John

Thanks had a 65# that I let get away to Idaho, after hunting it for 30 years. Got bite by the custom bug.

Wudstix, do you have a picture? It's not a 65, going by the serial numbers.

Good deal!

I actually have that bow in my records and the T suffix after HH indicates it is a 1965.

Thanks guys, mine is 53#@58", and really surprisingly fast, and quiet! The serial # is HSP 2749, anybody got an idea of it's birthdate?

From: Blackhawk

Pdiddly can confirm exactly, but based upon research by him and others, I believe that's a 1971-72 version.

Pretty much can't go wrong with Damon Howatt bows. I have '60s Super Diablo and a 60's Hunter. Tough, accurate, consistent and fast.
