Today's shot will be 18 yards from an elevated position. Use what you can to get elevated and simulate a shot from a treestand.... hillside, balcony, step-ladder, tailgate, etc. Shoot safely!

God Bless,

CD

Grabbed a bow and shot a few arrows before work along the swollen banks of the Swannanoa River. Shot taken from higher up the bank, above the flood plain, with a Cascade Whitetail Hawk, 62" and 55#.

We had 35 mph winds this morning and I couldn't see standing on the ladder to try th shot so I just leaning the target forward and took a swing at it. RWHunter 42# Thanks for the call

Good shooting today fellas! Thanks for the call CD. I took my shot from a step ladder with my trusty old beater bow; a 1968 factory camo Bear K-Mag @50# and a 2016 aluminum arrow. Have a good evening all. Lance

Bit of added incentive to hit the target Mangonboat. You miss and your arrows eventually end up in the ocean:) JayInOz
