I found a smoking deal on a full dozen GrizzlyStik 200 grain flame points. My bow is 58 @ 30", im looking at the Gold Tip traditionals but their spine chart doesnt go up past 150 grains. Thoughts on 300s pr 340s?

Again, we don't have enough information. Bow type...amount of centershot...string type...shelf or rest...arrow length?????

Also depends on the weight of insert you're gonna use. Best way is to buy some shafts and bare shaft tune to see what you're gonna need.

Its not quite center shot. shooting off the shelf. Toelke whip with FF string.

I’m going to guess 300, but might get away with 320 like a carbon express heritage 350

300's seem stiff even with that much up front

"Not quite centershot", so how do you have it set up? What do have on the sight window and how far from center is it? Centershot is a big deal.

I'm guessning .400's but that's a WAG based on the avaialable information.

The best answer is buy a test kit of arrows and field points.
