Found a 1972 Bear Kodiak supposedly excellent condition. 45# for $100. Is that a good deal?

It would be a Super Kodiak if 1972, and yes...jump on it if it's a shooter.

It's a good deal but may be a Kodiak Hunter or Kodiak Magnum. Many people see Kodiak and forget the rest of the name. It could even be a Custom Kodiak. (T/D)
Any of those are worth $100 in good shape, some much more.

Itis a Kodiak Hunter in what appears like excellent shape from pics seller sent me. Think Ill pick it up for my grandsons. Thanks for the replies!

Kodiak Hunter, Burt Reynolds Had the Bear take down. And they learned how to shoot from James Dickey who wrote the book and then the screen play and also played the Sheriff .

I paid $20 for my 1966 bear kodiak back in 1985. I have been happy with that purchase ever since.
