I have 11 (oops on 1) Gold Tip 400's called Cut Downs. Bought them 1/2 dozen at two different times. I have 50 grain inserts in the standard weight insert. 4 of the arrows are approx. 20 grains heavier than the other 7. Should I add a 20grain insert to the lite 7 to make all the same weight or will this affect spine too much or am I worrying over nothing??? Arrows are 29" length.

I doubt you can shoot a 20 gr.difference! I can't ,and don't much worry about arrow weight as long as the spine is correct.

Can't say for sure, but I often notice that switching from 125 grain points to 145's makes a difference. It's happened enough that I always keep a bunch of 145's handy.

Past 25 yards you'll notice, make them the same and you'll feel better about it

20 grains can make a difference in spine if you are borderline weak or stiff. I can shoot 145 tips with 125 tips nd they will group within about 4" of each other at 50 yards. So as weight goes, it's not much worry.
As spine goes, it could be an issue. That's kinda why we tune our equipment and keep it relatively close in weight and spine.
