Well it's still raining here. Not getting any farming done and really starting to worry I might not make it to Marshall meet. I have been getting stuff ready in case I get a chance though.

I posted a few pictures of this bow awhile back in a thread titled "family of three". I took a few more pictures of "Trilogy" yesterday in between rain showers.

I guess if your bored you might take another look.

If your not close your eyes.

I didn't have anyone to take a full draw picture but here's one from the "family of three" thread.

Good looking bow. If you make it to Marshall, stop by our camp, Loyd and myself, at the bathrooms before the pavilion.

Butch I'm talking about the Marshall, Michigan Meet. Is that same meet your talking about? I've never made it to MoJam yet. Marshall, Missouri I think. I forget the dates on that one. Sometimes in July I think? I'm usually to busy then. Who knows maybe I can make it there. I should have gone to the Tennessee Classic. Oh well just have to play the cards I'm dealt.

Thanks Rick

Thanks RonG

What I love about these bows is..in the side profile they loook so "normal" look at them face on and they're hideous ....in a wonderful way

Brian, you bringing that bow to Marshall? would love to take a first hand look at that beauty.

Thanks everyone for looking and the kind words.

Wayne that's just how the good lord made it. Just following the grain.

Thanks Phil. I always enjoy seeing that to.

Jon. It certainly is my plan to bring this one and the rest of the "family of three" to Marshall. My plans have really been getting messed up though so far. It's been raining here every couple days and we have none of our crops even started planting yet. I've got a lot to do before I will be able to go. I'm really starting to run out of time to get it all done. I sure hope to show you "Trilogy " and several others. Really looking forward to seeing you period.

PS I see a few more from Michigan. If anyone is going to be in my neighborhood give me a PM. I'm on the Sunrise side. In the thumb of Michigan less than a mile from the big lake. I love meeting other bowyers and anyone interested in our passion.

Brian, Sorry, I thought you meant Mojam. It's the 3rd weekend in July. If you ever get down this way, Look me up.

I'm hoping to get there one of these years Butch. It usually comes during a very busy time of year for me. Who knows though. Mother Nature sometimes changes my schedule. Bjrogg

Missed it the first time around, better the second. Great Craftsmanship as always.

Working on my first mulberry selfbow right now. May post some pics later. John

ThankYou onehair

Thanks John. Funny thing I just started my first Mulberry yesterday. It was one I cut about three years ago. Wow I really got a work out removing the bark, sapwood and chasing a ring. Might be my last.lol. Does look like it's going to be a pretty piece of wood though. Have heard it's a good bow wood and related to Osage. I'd love to see some pictures of your progress John.
