I just got a new 17" Optimus ILF riser in Coyote tan. It is a great looking riser, quality is obvious and it feels good in my hand.

I put my Uuhka EVO2 68" (med)-40# limbs which make a 60" bow on this riser.

I settled on a light arrow for 3d, 600 spine Goldtip Entrada's. Not sure the total weight or even the weight I have the limbs set but I am hoping for 48-50#'s.

Anyhow my first speed through the Chrono was 211fps but I think I over drew the bow because after that I averaged 205fps.

I am VERY happy with that speed and I can't say enough about how good this riser looks and feels! Oh, I am shooting off the shelf they included.

Love the Optimus risers. Great risers and very solid. Do like Rick did, remove that big ugly shelve material and build a small bump to shoot off. Works wonders and helps with arrow flight. I hate that big shelve.

Honestly so far I like that shelf, it is working for me but if I have time to play I have a flipper rest that I can try. I think that is what Rick uses also. I don't 100% recall.

Rick uses the same setup I'm using. Cept I left a space between the bump and the set screws. Very easy rest, extremely durable and simple to adjust for centershot.
