I assume you're wanting a comparison between the DAS and Satori?
I'm not about to touch that one. :^) Both are excellent risers and I couldn't recommend one over the other--limbs can be a different matter.

It's purely subjective. Both are top notch bows (that is the riser and the limbs). I prefer the Satori for personal reasons.

Michbow--you probably know this, but Hoyt stopped making those models. You can certainly find them used however.

DAS is a top of the line heavier riser.
Hoyt is a good generic metal riser.
Most guys probably won't be able to tell the difference in their shooting

I like the DAS connection better than ILF on a hunting bow. It’s easier to get really quiet. Other than that, it will just come down to personal preference. I’ve shot a bunch of metal risers and haven’t found any I like better than my 17” and 21” DAS risers.

I have a DAS riser and love it. That being said I am switching to and ILF riser to add limbs for a shoulder rehab.

Buddy has Das but was shooting some other limbs when he switched to Satori. Apparently Das is owned by 3Rivers which may be one reason Das still exists. 3Rivers also sells it's own brand of longbow so the buddy bought two of them. The buddy is a winning archer and great guy so other good guys have also switched to Satori....but from Bear etc..

Jmo, but I prefer the Hoyt risers. I shoot a Gamemaster with W&W limbs, but really like all their risers - Satori,Dorado,Tiburon and Buffalo.

DAS gives you the option of DAS plates or ILF plates (the connection to the limb). Don't know how important that is to some. I just got a DAS Elite and am setting them up with a DAS connection. All I have to do is punch out the ILF fitting and replace it with a DAS connection. I can let you know in about a week.
That said, I have a Tempest and Hex limbs. It's about as quiet as any longbow I've ever had. Also set up a Cobra with the same limbs and had no noise problem.
I've shot the Satori, but never owned one. I have a buddy who's a nut (in a good way). He sold his Satori and bought a Morrison that he likes better. He also had a DAS Elite and sold it. He claims it was the stupidist thing he's ever done.
Right now he's looking at pricing metal (280 bucks for 21 inch) so he can have an copy machined from my Elite. I'd just buy a Dalaa.

I had an original DAS, and with what 3 Rivers has done to them pretty much every reason I got rid of mine has been resolved (no lateral limb adjustment, no ILF, and non-standard accessory holes). Given the choices, I would probably choose the new DAS over the Hoyt.
