I bought a set of 40 lb Uukha Ex1 Evo2 40# limbs and put them on my 19” Morrison ILF. Im using a Mountain Muffler String I got with the limbs, shooting 48lbs at my 29” draw. I love the limbs. Very smooth and fast, but Every arrow I’ve used with other limbs and bows at similar draw weights are tuning weak. Is this a common experience?

Yeah, I have to use a stiffer arrow with my Uukha limbs compared to others.

Yes. You wouldn’t think it because of the feel while drawing and at the shot but that’s been my experience as well.

Nope. I choose and arrow and make it work. For example I have a longbow 50 at 29, close to you. I've rigged it to shoot .620's with 285 upfront, but it also is set to shoot .390's with 360 upfront. Both setups shoot 2 inch feathers and bullet holes with the 160 Snuffer at 12 feet and 12 yards.
A bow will shoot many different spine/tip weight set ups.

Yes changing front end weight or center shot can be used to tune but without any adjustments those limbs seem to make my normal arrow set up read weak. :)

Bowmania, not really what I was asking. I’ve got a pretty firm grip on tuning but thanks anyway.

Whatever arrow you end up with, I recommend going light. Those limbs shine with a light set-up. You might try removing front weight. The limbs are only fast if you allow them to be.
