Went to a 3D shoot today. 1st shot at about 13 yrds 1/4 away at a turkey. Got a good hit with the Yellowstone Hunter longbow. Sorry about not having a pic. I forgot to take pics.

4 at 16 yrds, 3 -1/2 inch high and one an inch low. This is the best I've ever shot this bow. We just don't get along so I feel pretty good about it. Great bow just don't fit me very well. Timberhawk Talon and spruce arrows.

1st shot was at a 3-D toad about 17 yrds away. I shot right over his head. Came close but no cigar. Sorry,no pic again. Yellowstone Hunter longbow with Herritage 150s.

I tried a 3 arrow precision shot today from 18 yards. First arrow left, 2nd was right and 3rd was low. Got it surrounded but no hits. Shooting a new to me 1966 Bear Grizzly @48# and POC arrows that were a gift from Jim Baker. Have a good rest of your Sunday. Lance.

Alright,we finally got up to 70° first time this year :-) YES Dry bones asked me how a Longbow, I was redoing is coming along. I built this one a few years ago. So being a beautiful day,me and the boys went to the range. First one missed right over that turkeys back. Second one was better. It's been a long time. I only shot a few. Well 2 or 20 :-) Have a great night everyone. JF

I thought that first arrow of yours Jeff had feathers all around it on the ground... thought we had a dead turkey nearby!!! ahh, but then I read your description and determined it is just feather colored leaves. ;)

Beautifully day today ..between rain showers! I spent it doing NOTHING!!....WELL I did check the spine on some cedar arrows...that's it!
