I see a lot of Bear spring arm quivers for sale . Are they hand specific ? Anybody using them? Thanks

They are hand specific. I am a huge Bear fan. I am not a fan of the spring arms.

They also have different length arms, also 4 arrow and 8 arrow.

Lefties have the spring arm on the left of the hood/grippers. I have a few mounted and like them. Just make sure they are tight, mounted properly and that the limbs are waxed. I also use electrical tape on the spring arms for extra security. Lance

Will they case damage over time to a bows finish?

I've used them for decades! Mounted propely well down in the fades they don't move. If they are on there all year they may leave slight marks on the limb. Nothing rubbing compound dosn't take right out!

Some also have one spring arm up top and the lower end mounts to a riser bushing on the side if the bow or with a adapter mounts to the "stabilizer" bushing.
