Awesome ! Have been to Florida several times on public land after hogs. Had a great time every time

Can I ask “where” ? I hear about what a nuisance they are there, but never any insight on where i can go on public land and hunt them without having to pay

Congratulations! Very nice. Jawge

Congrats! I have always wanted to hunt hogs.

Also they are open season all year long, just better to get them during the cooler months when ever that happens...Ha!Ha!

You mentioned that you were in the middle of nowhere, you must be in my part of the state.......Ha!Ha!

They aren't as plentiful as once were, but still plenty if you get away from the cities. Too much trapping going on. If people would call a hunter instead of a trapper we all would have plenty of sausage in the freezer.

Congrats on the porker.

My brother in law lives in Lakeland Florida. We hunt the public land around that area. Not sure the names of the areas but know there around where he lives . Like said above, drive around and see fruit ( crop ) lands . Most people will welcome you to kill hogs !
