I just built my first recurve bow. I have many longbow builds under my belt so I figured I would try a 50's style recurve. My question is how to adjust the bottom limb, it kicks out to the left a little bit. If you hold the bow in your left hand and sight down the string the bottom limb has a little bump to the left. It's not really a twist just a little off. I know you can adjust the knocks but I'm not sure what side. The limb itself doesn't appear to have more material on one side then the other but that's also a possibility. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks

Go to WWW.buildyourownbow.com and download the easy alignment of recurve bows. He has some suggestions that might help.

Thank you. I will try that.

Good advice on Build your own bow dot com. Pictures might help with suggestions too. Be sure your nock are straight across from each other. Having successfully built longbows you are most likely aware of that, just a thought.
