Made this 3D target of a steer skull. Found the master at Hobby Lobby. Made a mold of it and presto, a 3D target.
Can't wait to shoot it. Should make a great addition to the club's 3D Archery Course this year.

If not on the ground, I think a fence post would be a good setup. With a back stop of course.

What material did you use to fill the mold? Spray foam insulation?

It can be strapped to a tree or a fence post.
I plan on using the fence post. It is going to be a multi shot station. Two fence post, with barb wire between the two (They sell plastic barb wire, for safety). On one post will be this skull and on top of the other will be a vulture that I'm in the process of making.
I used Flex Foam It 17 from Smooth On. Cost about $30 for that target.
