I run one every year,,,,, March 3rd Newburg Sportsmen Club in Wisconsin.... 40.00 for non members, 60 rooster release, includes lunch..

9am to 4pm,,,,,, lots of fun.... I usually have about 30 guys and gals, this year, I have only had 10 people call me.....

Living in Iowa, I have never hunted pen raised pheasants. Our wild ones were exceptionally wild this year. I still got a couple, but most of them took off way out of range this year.

One day on Adak Island out in the Aleutians I got 17 shots at flushing ptarmigan. Got one wing feather.
