It's Wensel with no Z. Don't want to irritate the guy. ;) We used to go to the Harrisburg show but it just got too big and too commercialized so we haven't been there in two decades.

I’d love to hear Barry but I just can’t take crowds anymore and it seems to be getting worse. I only live 5 miles from there too.

Anymore those shows seem more like walmart than sportsmans shows.

I would not be able to walk it right now and would have to ride in a wheelchair and then try that or ever watch someone in one get stampeded.
15 years I stopped going to shows because they were to commercialized for my liking anymore.
It's just a money pit and a lot of aggravation to me. Ok its a day out but that day can get spent better if you plan things out rather than going to these shows.

Going on Super Bowl Sunday. Been going since I was a kid. Takes less and less time every year we go to get thru what I want to see, but going anyway.

The bus picks you up at the back entrance to the mall now. Runs about every 15 minutes. That's what we do. No way I'm spending $10 to park after $14 for the ticket when I can get dropped off at the front door for free.

The show opens tomorrow morning. I'm in the archery arena. Seems like it is booth #1036 but not sure. I'm right next to the Excaliber Crossbows booth. Luckily there's a curtain between us. Ha. I'm doing a seminar on whitetail hunting every day (I think) but I don't have the times yet. Someone told me I'm NOT speaking on this Sunday but I haven't confirmed that. The seminars will be on whitetail hunting secrets. My two brand new DVDs are here and will be available starting tomorrow. It's a two volume set strictly on my whitetail strategies and hunting techniques. I'm spilling my guts on my secrets before I kick the bucket. I guarantee they'll be very popular once the word spreads. Stop by and visit if you get a chance. Thanks. Best to all. BW

Was there today. Attended Barry's seminar which was good. Show was not too crowded.
Bear Archery had a half dozen recurves on display, but I never got to talk to the rep who was on his phone, forever. lol
Met Rick from Striker bows, nice guy let me shoot a bunch of bows.
