Dang that's a nice one. Good to see you Arvin.

Is that a kind of a Molle/Holmgaard thing there, or more flatbowish?

Looks fast even sittin’ still!

If that reflex stays that will should be a real shooter.

You always do good work!

Is the rest area really that thin or is the picture making it look thin?

that's definitely an Arvin bow right there! :) It will be interesting to see how this one goes...I'm curious what the natural reflex will do compared to the heat induced reflex that you usually use. Maybe this one will end up in our mojam flight shoot this year. :)

Wow, that's a dandy. John

I did heat straighten it a bit . So it seen some heat. Yes the arrow rest is cut almost to center.

Very nice but what else would you expect from an Arvin built bow. They are truly works of art, looks and performance wise. >>>>-------> Ken

Bowaholic mojam has a flight shoot. Lord willing I will be there. That's my plan. Tested the bow today. 199-204 yards could be a contender after its broke in a bit more. Arvin

Arvin, I hope you make it to the MoJam Flight Shoot again this year. I have a thread posted about it on the PA site, but should probably start one on this site before long. Phil did well in the Arkansas (TBA) Flight shoot last week using one of your bows. ~Bob

Many call that a shelf bow,but I like the deep cut arrow shelf. Put them on all my self bows except when I am making replica bows.Nice bow you made their. I like every thing about it including the wood.

That bow ended up holding three inches of reflex at 36@26. And yes it was and is fast. I re tillered it for a lady IBO shooter. When I got done I wanted it. Great target bow. Arvin

so will you be bringing it to MoJam?

From: Arvin
Date: 12-Jun-19

Well I plan on it but I may be all the way west about as far as you can go. If so between the fact that I may not be able to pull 50 pounds and be so far away I might have to send a bow for some one to pull for me. If so I will miss the great time with some great folks. Arvin

I hope you can make it, but if not, I'm sure Aaron or Ed would be glad to give it a go... I can't wait to see what they have cooked up for this year's Flight Shoot.

200 yards from a 36lb bow .. that's impressive

From: Arvin
Date: 16-Jun-19

Phil read the thread more close . That was 48@26 before I retillered the bow to 36@26. The bow probably would shoot a 400gr arrow about 140-160 yard. But yes that's a good Polk at 46@26. That was when I tested it. Arvin
