Awhile back we had a discussion on here about GFA quivers, and several people piped in about making their own; me included. Well, “andyman” sent me a PM and offered me his personal quiver explaining to me how it was “just hanging, collecting dust” so I replied the obvious “yes”. He also said that he had some other stuff “just laying around”, and if I could use it that would be fine and if I couldn’t to pass the item along to someone that could use them. So yesterday I received a box with the GFA, GN and BW bow quivers, and several homemade GFA style quivers, a pocket quiver and several grippers and a couple of bow strings! I feel extremely humbled that he would take the time to do this, all the while knowing that he’s dealing with his sick wife. To me this speaks volumns of a man I have never even had the pleasure to meet. Anyway, I kept a couple of bow quivers, gave one to my grandson and one to my sister and have also given the homemade GFA’s away and these size M gold tip grippers and 4 nocks are left. I will give the packaged gripper and 4 nocks to the first person drawn and the then the unpackaged grippers to the next 2 names drawn. Just say “I’m in” and the drawing will be on Monday, Jan 14th at 6PM Pacific.
