Are you talking about a proper English longbow bending through the handle type bow? Not sure why you don't want to buy one in the UK if you live there. Several excellent builders there. It costs about $200.00 just to ship one there.

If u are looking for a good yew selfbow elb. John Strunk builds an amazing bow. At a very reasonable price. He's Been building them longer than most of the ppl that charge double what he does. Pm me if u would like more info. Or Mr Strunks number. However, he does build more of a "victorian" style bow that does not bend through the handle. But could probably make u what u wanted. My yew elb he built me is 43@29" 70" ntn. Very smooth shooting bow.

One thing to be aware of- you mentioned "right handed" - except for a mother-of-pearl inlaid strike plate, a real ELB will not be right handed, neither a cut-in nor a built out shelf. Of course, on your own bow your could stick on a small built out piece of leather or wood, as was done on various kinds of American and other non-strictly "English" longbows, (so long as you aren't interested in qualifying for their specific competition rules.)
You will also get a great education in arrow spine and proper bowhand placement.

Jay St. Charles offers North American or English style selfbows in 64-78 inch lengths. https://www.selfbow.com/self.html
I know that you requested longbows from the states, but you may wish to check out Ravenbeak Natureworks from Canada. https://www.ravenbeak.com/. I have a sweet English longbow from them. Shipping wasn't to bad as I recall.
