One of my grandsons lives in London. He wants to learn to build self bows. He can't get away from work to come to Montana and learn from me.

Anyone out there know any web sites or self bowyer's web site where I could send him to learn more? I would deeply appreciate any assistance I can get.

Our Phil who posts here likely would have that information and he lives in GB.

Have him check out the Shire Bowmen (https://shirebowmen.webs.com), a wonderful group of gents that will help him.

Pip Bickerstaffe runs bow making courses, so does Lee Ankers at Heritage. I believe Richard Head also runs courses and I think Hilary Greenland runs courses every now and again.

My top two would be Pip or Lee

Del the Cat is a good bowyer on Primitive Archery site. I believe he is from London. He has you tube videos. Good gent and good sense of humor to. Interesting chap.

People like Del so much they took up a collection to buy him a ticket to the US to attend the Twin Oaks Classic in Clarksville TN.
