Anyone use the the 3 Rivers Hunter wood arrows?

I have but it's been awhile. They worked just fine and seemed close in weight and spine. I've also used their ready-to-fletch shafts. That's been quite a while ago.

I have shot them. Actually I still have a few that I use as my test kit arrows. They shoot good and I never had any problems with them. They are straight, closely matched in weight and spine.

I have used them, no issues.

Same here; I still shoot and use them. I’ve had only one loss in 5vyears and it was all me splintering a perfectly good arrow by side slapping a tree! Good arrows. Lance

Do yourself a favor and call Paul Jalon at Elite Arrows and buy a well made and straight set of wood arrows.

They are fine arrows, used to be pretty much all that I ever used. My only complaint and its not a fault of 3 rivers was that they were cedar and they would not hold up to stump shooting very well but I am hard on arrows. Now I make my own out of ash or douglas fir and they are almost indestructible. The 3 rivers ones were good quality arrows though and would probably suit you fine.

A while back I bought their test kit to see what spine shot best from my new longbow. They're pretty nice but the nock's on a few were not aligned correctly with the grain. For that reason I would buy the pre-finished shafts but not finished arrows.

I have had no issues with them either. Worked well for me.

Look around, lots of good wood arrows out there. Big Jim sells some good ones as does Lost Nation. 3 Rivers shipping will drain your wallet.

$7.95 for standard shipping. For either a 6-pack or a dozen. Which is right in line with what other archery shops charge for shipping on a dozen wood arrows (or less).
