Every so often I get the bug to go pheasant hunting with my bow. I'm the past, I had a few friends and my son to convince to practice and go with me. However, life...age...and other interests catch up with people. My wife refuses to stand in the cold and toss targets! I do own a popcan thrower, but it only throws targets straight up. So, I ordered a kid's wiffle ball thrower. It holds 9 balls and launched them 10 seconds apart. With a little practice, me and my dog will be ready to go! I'll let you know how it works!

Hold your bow ready in your bow hand with arrow nocked. Throw a freesbie or other disc into the air. React by pulling up, drawing and shooting. Don't forget to follow through. You don't need to buy anything but cardboard and scissors...maybe some glue.

I've tried throwing aerial disks myself, but my hit to miss ratio is alot better when someone else is throwing them....it may be a coordination problem?
