I am thinking of getting a Shot trainer 3 Rivers sells. Any one tied this how good is it? Input would be great Gary

I haven't used the 3Rivers one, but I have used those I make for myself, and YES they are very beneficial to teaching you proper back tension, loose, and even follow through.

The concept of these first came out several years ago, and was a Rod Jenkins (I think, not sure) design called the "Form Master"

Takes about 15 minutes to make one. I have made one used it a couple of times gave it away and made another. The last one is loaned out right now. A web strap/old seat belt,binding rig strap,pack strap, dog leash, etc and a couple of feet of para-cord. One of the easiest money savers of all archery equipment. Always thought traditional archers were do it your self guys and gals. I am just amazed at the expensive stuff that apparently sells because they keep making it. That is if you are talking about the Form Master that back tension device. It is a great tool but after you experience it I don't see a need for continued use. Maybe just a reminder now and then.
