For those that watch Forged in Fire, as the final build, tonight's episode will feature the steel bow that is in the new Robin Hood movie. Here in NY it's on the History channel at 9 pm.

I'll check it out, but why would the movie have a steel longbow? I'm not aware of any historical steel longbows during Robin Hood's time. They had metal bows in India, but that's pushing it.
I'm guessing it's the idea of the fraud Lars Andersen, he's making the rounds promoting his skewed view of archery history.

I have a steel bow was made after ww2 when the country had a lot left over from the war not a bad shooter just heavy Gary
