I would imagine so. You can make a Frankenbow by using aftermarket limbs like the Sage.
If you want to really Warf them, then they need milled or you will need plates to accommodate ILF limbs....which is what WARF means.

I put 50# sage limbs on it..i don't have a scale but it feels to be still close to 50. that riser doesn't quite have an optimal limb pad angle like the Blackbear but it still shoots ok..i wasn't a huge fan of the grip

also the shelf on the Whitetail 2 has to be built up and out a ton to shoot off the shelf...I imagine a bear weatherest would be the best way to go

Whitetail will not work. Whitetail II is the same in the limb pockets as the Black Bear riser. Buy a set of Hawkeye plates of ebay and you are good to go.

Hunts is correct. I have a Whitetail II warf. The easiest way to warf is to buy plates from Hawkeye mfg. on eBay. They run around $35 plus shipping. They will fit right in the pockets and use JB weld to glue them in. Use the existing limb bolts and bezels also. If you use limbs rated on a 25 inch riser the weight will stay very close if not exact. Limbs rated on a 17 inch riser such as Tradtec will be roughly 4 pounds heavier. As far as a sideplate, use a thick furniture pad. That thickness works perfectly. I cut a 1 inch pad, used half for the side plate and the other half for the shelf. The Whitetail II shoots very well, but the Black Bear feels a tiny bit better too me. A little more forgiving. Either will work just fine. Whatever you can find out there will make a good warf. I love mine.

John you’re gaining limb weight with TT limbs? Should be losing pounds off limbs by going up in riser length.
