A friend tried to join this site. When he got to the flashing arrow to click on, nothing happened. I tried it on my computer. I got the same thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure what the flashing arrow is but there shouldn't be any problem registering here.
Cookies don't have to be turned on but if they aren't you'll have to re-register every time you visit.
