Just picked up a roy mcintosh halfbreed here locally in VT--crazy. Havent heard too much about these, but it's a real nice looking and solid feeling bow. I feel like I totally stole it... It's 60", 67# @28. Elk horn tip overlays. Quite a beauty. What can I exzpect from this bow? I'm at work so havent shot it yet...just drooled over it and am looking forward to stringing it up.

I had a mcintoch flat bow that came apart like yours. I went to Roys place in East Kentucky It was in the early 90s he went out of business a year or two after. He made some good bows I hunted with my for several years before I went to lower # bows Gary

Looks great.Never had one.
I like the T.D feature with the brass and steel sleeve. Its nice how he shaped the grip.Reminds me of a Fox Breed T.D.It adds weight right where you want it and gives that sold feeling your talking about.

Thanks Gary. Construction seems top notch and it feels really good in my hand. I"ve been enjoying shooting my early 50's bear polar semi-recurve a lot, and I'm hoping this has the same kind of feel in a smaller package.
