Never tried it, I always wanted to know the size of arrows that were around the house. I know they can wear off, so likely they can be removed...maybe some steel wool. I'm not going to ask you why you want to. ;)

I keep a bottle of johnsons baby wash and water mixture for tinting windows. I sprayed some 1820 nasp shafts and scraped the markings lightly with my pocket knife. Long as you keep the shafts wet the finish wont be bothered. Then i wiped it all clean with alcohol.

Well if all you want to do is remove the stripes and numbers you’re not going to hurt the arrow. It’s hard anodized aluminum. Not going to hurt the Camo pattern if that’s what you’re worried about.

I use Goof Off to remove the nasty logo on the new Legacy arrows.

Don't do it. I removed all of the makings off of a GT blem trad shaft. A year later I can't remember what spine they were.

PECO. I know where you are coming from. I just write my numbers with a fine sharpie. Just can't stand that new Legacy logo.
