So, her is my take on it. Glue up a riser block of your choosing. Have the limb pads cut by someone with large professional machinery (good carpenter shop). Install the limbs to this block .Go to someone with a gun stock duplicator, screw some mounting blocks to the screw holes of the existing riser. Do the same to the new riser block. Have them duplicate the riser with the gunstock duplicator. This will get you to within 5/1000". Then finish sand and put finish on.

To make risers, you will require several templates to grind them acceptable close by hand. That's why a gunstock duplicator would be my choice, as it produces drop in accuracy.

if you don't have A bowyer nearby go to a Luthier who repairs musical instruments,, they have this glue that is like water they use to fix snapped necks and split bodys,,,,,, the glue is so thin that when they pull the crack together you can't even tell there was a crack to begin with (in most cases) I have seen bass necks completely snapped in two that once repaired never come back apart even under all that string tension. ,

Cedar, check out RER. Kevin used to shoot John's bows. The new guys would probably have a real similar form. We both loved John's bows. I've sold all of mine.
