Today's shot will be the 'Horizontal Obstruction' shot from 25 yards. This is the shot where there is something about half way between you and the target, at about 13 yards, that blocks your vision of the spot you want to hit. The obstruction makes it hard to focus on your 'spot'. Your arrow should clear the object without any issues. It is only your vision that is blocked, not your arrow path. Have fun and shoot safely!

God Bless,

25 yards, horizonal obstruction is around eight yards in front of target.

Had to back up to 30 to make it work, obstruction at 15. FS was way low, second missed right (pluck) and got a pass through on the plywood on the back of the shed (hard on feathers). :-)

HMMMM? Seems that lots of the FS people are avoiding the heat? can't blame them for THAT! ( Maybe? If they got lucky? Had some rain?) BLESSED BE!

Shot from 25yds with my obstruction around 12 or 13. Did go quartering away so I didn't have to move my target. Also shot from a knee so the obstruction would cover my spot. Always a tough but fun shot.
