The toughest shot FOR ME when practicing is shooting at an object that is floating in mid air like a wiffle ball on a string. It requires more concentration and commitment on my part than any other I can think of. Also, if you can consistantly connect , it seems to make shots with a background easier. Any one else practice this kind of shot?

that is my main target at the range inside, or at home, I hang the small white balls with holes in them from something above with string and shoot at them my favorite target dr

Hardest shot might be in bowhunting on a rut crazed elk charging in to your calls...

I once gambled $1,500 on a shot at a Kudu. In Africa, if you draw blood you owe the trophy fee. I made the shot.

$1500.00 is an exceptional deal on a kudu. Must have been a while ago. I was there and saw some of those, but did not make it happen. I should have just bit the bullet and worried about the $$ consequences later, because it is one of my dream animals. Nice shot BTW.

Is the one I'm about to shoot.

I think the easiest shot you guys make is shooting crap! LOL

Many are really good at it. If you don't have it in your trophy rooms then Trump needs to step in and ban your fake news! LOL

Every shot is the hardest shot because that's the only shot that matters.

This fly at about 35 yards was one of the hardest shots I've ever pulled off! Was just about to shoot the 12 ring when I noticed him slinking across the target just out of the scoring rings! Cost me 8 points off my score, but that's a small price to pay to show off my shooting prowess!

James,

To answer your question, yes. I practice this often and in many different forms. It might be a plastic water bottle placed atop a tall weed, a helium balloon floating on a string, or maybe an archery ball swinging on a rope from a tree branch.

The last X in Vegas to finish a perfect 900 is the hardest shot in archery. You can ask any professional archer. ;)

I saw John Williams blow his last shot, at the time Dixon was tied with him. Dixon snap shot and got a dead center and won. My hardest hunting shot is pass shooting at a dove that is going from right to left while I am shooting right handed, or from left to right when i am shooting left handed. I have yet to hit that shot, even with numerous opportunities.

Letting down is by far the hardest shot, knowing when to start your shot process over.
