Are you going to have the Smoker course? American Round?

I see on the flyer you do plan to have the American Round.

No plan for the smoker. If we get a good turnout, we may consider making this similar to the tradfest, maybe minus the tent. Vendors are welcome. Im sure with enough advertising we could have a similar turnout, just feeling this out.

This is a great opportunity to support kids getting into archery. I don't know about a smoker round, but I plan on smoking some pulled pork for folks to have for lunch on Saturday. Also plan to smoke some folks out on the archery range. Hah! Looking forward to seeing everyone

Got numerous campsites mowed, lump together, or seek seclusion, is up to the camper . I expanded the campsite by the creek, and several new spots, trying to keep shade in mind. I will be there Friday, late morning at the latest. Plan to bring venison steaks, venison summer sausage, garden corn, garden green beans, and maybe soup beans. I think we can all throw together and eat good! Hoping for a rain free weekend and mild temps.

If we get a favorable turnout, we may consider making this a 3 day shoot similar to KyTradFest , with competition in multiple classes, vendors, TBM mag advertising, etc. We probably should, as it is for a good cause.

Looks to be a great weekend. Consider adding something to the silent auction. The money goes to helping out an Archery in the schools program. Great program. Every little bit helps. Thanks

Will not be able to make it this year, but if it becomes a regular event, we can add it to our schedule of shoots.

Thanks much to everyone who participated in the shoot. The club's going to make a nice donation to a school's NASP program. Once the rain cleared out, it was a great day. I think everyone had a great time. I know I did. It's really cool to see folks get together for a good cause. Well done.

Attendance was pretty low, around 40. I think next year we will make this a 3 day shoot, last weekend of August, and advertise nationally. In spite of low attendance we collected around $1,700 from raffle items to give to NASP, mostly from the two custom bows donated by Kevin Brown (Herwaybows) and Mike Miller (Crooked Stic). Special thanks to these two men that have made this fund raiser so successful. Their donations every year has raised untold thousands, and they are to be commended for it!
