Today's shot will be at 17 yards from a sitting or kneeling position. :)

God Bless,

I shot, but couldn't kneel or sit, water two inches deep, let's just say I did hit the bullseye, a little on the outer edge, but hit it.

Bow Yew 45lbs.

Arrow Douglas Fir.

Almost 2pm CST and only one post.... don't think I have ever seen it this quiet.

No pics puts a damper on it.

Well it was a good run

Not being able to post pics is as hit and miss as my shooting! Lance

The only thing slowing down the wall and specially First Shot is not being able to post pictures. Like someone said First Shot is a shooting thread so it's nice to see pictures.

Shot as called sitting on a bucket. Hit my poor old Antelope in the 10 ring at about 10 o'clock. I took the pic but didn't bother to post. Used the old 55' Bear Grizzly today. I think it's official, I'm hooked on these 50's Bears.... especially the static tips :0) Have a great weekend everyone!

No ability to post photos = NO interest in the FS thread. If this continues, then people will pack up and leave and find another site. Not sure what site would have the ease of the LEATHERWALL but there WILL be somewhere else.

Shot kneeling and hit the lower edge of my aim point. Taken with my Bear Montana 55# 2117 arrows cut to 29” with a 125 Gr point. Don’t give up Guys and Gals. It’s still a good motivation to get off our butts and shoot.

It definitely isn't the same without photos, because we can't razz someone about their target or bow if we can't see it.

Hopefully this will be fixed, in the meantime Mountain Man can shoot his 110 pound bow standing on his head and shooting behind his back and WOW everyone.

It was belly shot today,,,,but i left one knee on the ground I over drew the 110# and shot 1/4" high dead center,,,second shot hit the first arrow ricocheted and nailed a Chickadee to the cedar next to my bag Unbelievable!!!! Yet again youll have to take me word for it ; )

Hope it gets fixed so I can post again. This is the problem I've been having. It just started all of a sudden. Says it's on the receiving end.

Hey Mountain Man. I bought your story yesterday, but I don’t know about today. I think you are taking advantage of the fact that this thread is DEBTATE free!

Just because a tree falls in the forest and no one is around, doesn't mean it didn't make any racket.

In my head, I saw a bunch of good shots today, and one really bad one. hmmm... who shot that one!!! lol

Thanks for the call, CD! Shot imagined as called from both knees with a new-to-me 1964 Browning Safari...4 inches high. Dang!

17 yard shot at a turkey head and neck target. I hit just to the right of the craw towards the jugular so we would be eating turkey tonight. The center of my POA was 1” above my arrow.

I forgot to mention I shot kneeling on one knee.

For a followup I spun on my head break dance style and shot as I spun. It was an amazing shot. Wish you could have seen it. My arrow is in a neighbor’s tree out of reach and beyond photo range.

Everyone have a good weekend and be patient with the photos. I for sure don’t know what’s involved with maintaining a site like this. I do know the internet providers love to charge for data which is why we have been asked before to limit our photo sizes. Let’s extend grace to the person(s) trying to keep us going.
