3 blade broadheads are easy to sharpen on a stone, but you can only get a 30 degree angle for each bevel (60 degrees total) that way. Does anyone use a Rasa

I obviously recognize that this is for the usual double edge blades. Does anyone know if there is some equivalent that is this simple and inexpensive, and that would work for a Grizzly with a one side/chisel blade

I touch up my 160 gr Snuffers on the RADA. I draw them back slightly upward, not straight across like I would a knife. Gets them razor sharp

Yes, Like Stealth2, pull at an upward angle. I have sharpened many a Snuffer and Woodsman broadhead on a Rada with excellent results.

I've been using Rada for 15 yrs. for virtually all broadheads.Usually works well for 3 blades. Experiment with prssure. Usually I start with a dozen very firm strokes, then a dozen lighter strokes and finish with a dozen VERY light strokes.
For single bevel broadheads it usuall works great and doesn't affect the single bevel enough to change the twisting performance.
