That's the weekend after the shoot at Farmland, and we don't have anything planned. Maybe we will make it this time.

From: PEARL DRUMS

This one is just down the road from me, wouldn't miss it. Huge camping area and all the targets your arms will want. Even the short course is long :)

Date: 05-Jun-18

Ya it is a great time for sure, Clyde I hope you can make it this year, lots of shooting that is for sure and I know how you like that.I always look forward to this one, a week of fun and relaxing with good friends. Pappy

Clyde,

Hope you can finally make it. Let us know if you're coming and we can tailor a campsite to your needs: close to the clubhouse, secluded, quiet, not so quiet.

Rocky

on an average year, what is the weather typically like that time of the year? still wondering how the camping is handled.

From: PEARL DRUMS
Date: 12-Jun-18

Its typically hot and muggy. But, it can be in the 70s every few years if you cross your fingers just right. Last year was cool and drizzly, I loved it. Camping grounds are huge, lots and lots of choices, no power hook ups.

From: Jon Stewart
Date: 12-Jun-18

We doscovered a park down the road maybe 6 miles with a nice place to swim, new toilets and a new shower. Took the grand kids there last year. Good cool down and clean up.

From: Herbie
Date: 13-Jun-18

I usually come down Friday for the brat fest but might show up Saturday for pork/turkey/fish/corn on the cob/homemade noodles....and to spend more time with friends.

From: Pappy 1952
Date: 14-Jun-18

Camping is great , you can be in the open and sun or out of the way in the shade, what ever you like. Weather for this Tennessee boy is most always good and much better than where I come from that time of year. It can rain but usually not much and it dries up fast in most areas. Come on Eddie , you will have a great time on a great course and also meet some fine folks to boot. Pappy

On the high and dry course, next to last target. A buck following a doe. The doe was set up right in front of a big rock. My shot would have shaved hair off of her belly. My 2016 blew up, I want my money back! Just kidding, it was a great course. I should have made a better shot.

Second year going to this shoot and tops on our list of MUST GO TO shoots now.

The people running this operation truly need to be recognized for there hard work and outstanding hospitality.

My Son and I arrived on Friday evening and before we could even get to our campsite we were asked to pull over and park and have some homemade Brats.

With Friday night Brats, Saturday's massive spread of Venison, Pork, Turkey, Chicken, Fish with all the extras and Sunday's breakfast a couple of snacks is all you need to get through the whole weekend.

The Food is Great but the best part of this shoot is the actual 3D courses they have. It doesn't take much of an imagination to feel as though you are actually on a spot and stalk hunt when shooting these courses.

The course paths themselves are similar to following game trails and the targets are put in very realistic settings. Between Bucks bedded behind logs, Bobcats crouched in trees and Turkeys strutting behind wall's of brush it's as realistic as I have seen.

We will be back next year and we will be coming on Thursday next year. Two days here isn't enough. Thanks all who put this great event on. Jake and Dan
