I got more bow work done at the Classic last week than I have at home in the last 8 months. This one started out as a stave. I got it to low brace and decided to stop because of excess moisture. I think I will temper the belly before I finish tillering it. It started out at 64" but I cut it down to 60". I put sheep horn tips on it.

Well, I'm still having problems with the pictures on this site.

I didn't get much bow work done during the days. I would hit the bow shop after dark when it wasn't as crowded and I wasn't as busy. Next year will be different. I want to spend more time working on bows instead of behind a table.

I did some limb thickness work on this bow. It still has a long way to go before it starts to bend. I'm still 50/50 on if it will hold together long enough to fling some arrows.

The limbs twist in almost 90 degrees around the knot.

Cool stuff, I like that camper too!

Clint I love ya man but that is going to raddle your teeth. I did one not quite that radical and that's what it did to me. Tillering big knots like that are a challenge though. Good luck on the build. Arvin

Wish I could have made it. Trying for mojam. Never been there yet. Mark said there was going to be lots of good wood there. I am wood poor at the moment. But it's hard for me to pass up a really clean stave. Arvin

That thing is wildly awesome. Man I sure hope it works for you. John

Clint that 60" looks like it should be pretty quick at our draw lengths. Sure hoping you can coax a shooter out of the two hole stave. Remember that one at Marshall last year. Speaking of Marshall man it's going to be here before you know it. Just a couple weeks now. See you soon. Bjrogg

That holey bow has been a W.I.P. If the weather is good we are going to make it shoot at Marshall in a few weeks. Static looks sweet.

Outstanding job Clint. You bringing it to Marshall?

I hope it becomes a bow for you. Jawge

Very cool wallhanger. Find a curly arrow shaft and make an artwork.

I've got about 27 hours into that holey bow spread out over the last 2 years. I've been sneaking up on it. I'll bring them both to Marshall and maybe Mojam.

Both are looking good.....Clint
