Bruce when I lived in story City, my brother and I would go shoot at the AW grounds, they still had the yardage markers and remnants of old excelsior targets. We had to cut the shooting lanes open. then after i moved the Trad Iowa shoot was held there. My son has made it to a number of the shoot at Ames and Eldora when he worked at Terex. He wants me to go take the big tent to the Eldora shoot this year. I canceled my early season Canada canoe trip, super late spring, we may need something fun to do.
