I walked into my little hole in the wall bow shop today and the guys tell me, "we have some stuff for you in the back." This is not your average archery store, they deal in used hunting gear and also sell a few new bows. So, I go in the back and they hand me 3 dozen orange shafts. They are all used but straight. They are mostly 2016's but there are a few odd-ball sizes. Then he hands me 7 new old stock green 2016's fletched and ready to go. It's nice to have folks looking out for you.

Have to agree, and I'm a little jealous. Those are just my size too! That's a great find and a great shop! Enjoy em!

Wow Tony, outstanding haul. Just don't tell me they are all full length autumn orange. Those are hard to find.

Kenny, No, they are 29" I have a new box of Orange in the basement that might be full length 2016's. Probably trade these off.

Thats the personal service that only exists in a small, local shop. Great deal!

Tony, Holy Cow, what a haul. My favorite of aluminum arrows. Lance

The more I'm on here, the more of these generous acts I see. Makes me think all that much more highly of bowmen and women, good company to be in... Nice bunch of arrows you got! That was a heckuva nice thing they did for you.

If I may add on this thread, I just want to say also, that TUNDRAJUMPER, who is recovering from back surgery and is hurting, and could use some cheering up, also sent me a whole box of assorted arrows, some nocks, Zwickey broadheads, and feather fletch, and other stuff for no other reason than just because, being kind of heart. I can certainly use them too. This costs him money, he did not have to do it, but he is a good man and kind/generous. He also sent me a box of halibut a while back. Just plain good people in this walk of life. Thank you ROG!

Lance, I have purchased many cool things in this old store. It could be where I picked up that knife we traded.

That's not only a good store, you have some people who think highly of you over there. Good deal.

Thanks George. I payed for the arrows but at a serious discount. These are a couple of good old farm boys running a very cool store. I help them price old guns and bows. They get a lot of my stuff to sell on consignment. Just good folks.
