I had a professor in college tell me as I was preparing to crawl into an occupied bear den with a tranquilizer dart on a pole, bears eat meat, they like slow moving meat better than fast moving meat, people inside bear dens are real slow meat...Great pep talk.

We still have a Florida Panther in the neighborhood, same cat anywhere else is called a mountain lion.

Too elusive to get a good picture, plus they move mostly at night around here.
