Beautiful. For purely selfish reasons I'd like to see you do a build along.

I have a friend who makes knives and bows from time to time. He asked me for all the biggest of my many shed antlers that I had found over the years while snowshoeing and scouting. At first I was reluctant. After a little thought, I realized that they were just memories hiding in my dark basement that would be better repurposed by him. So I gave him quite a few really nice shed antlers. A few weeks later, I found a brand new Helle Blade knife with a gut hook hanging on my door when I returned home from work. It had a beautiful antler handle from an old buck I once knew well. That was a nice surprise that I use every year and it does hold a nice edge.
